About Me

I am a children’s book editor, editorial consultant, and author whose children’s books (one a New York Times Bestseller) have been published by Penguin, Scholastic, and HarperCollins. A children’s books professional for more than 10 years, I have worked on projects for Scholastic’s Arrow Book Club and Scholastic Press, plus edited books and managed licensed publishing programs for both Penguin Group and Chronicle Books.

Throughout my career I have taken particular interest in developing new writers, shepherding numerous children's book lovers along the path from aspiring writer to published author.
